Unfortunately Penfield uses 2nd Class…

Unfortunately Penfield uses 2nd Class Royal Mail and my last order was delivered to an unknown address. When I brought it up with customer service, I was told to go from door to door until I find it, which was an absolutely impossible task. Now I lost the item and my money. The reply from Penfield is incorrect. The photo IS NOT of my door and I told them that.

When looking at the tracking and photo this shows that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, posted through your letterbox, this was also stated by our colleague via email. Sadly for this reason we are unable to accept your claim.

Not happy

I ordered three t-shirts, black, marshmallow and grey. There was no black, two marshmallow color instead. Plus I ordered size S for all but one of them arrived in size M. Completely disappointed

Shop elsewhere, the quality of items do not reflect the price

Received a top with the sewing of the stiches all over the place. Clearly no quality control checks at this company anymore.

I have spent hundreds of pounds with them in the past but would not anymore.

Customer service is a joke takes them several days to reply and any reply is short and blunt (I e. Takes them 3 replies each day apart to tell me something they could just of said in the first email).

Customer service is painfully slow winded. They make it a pain to return items especially as I received such a shoddy item they first were trying to make me pay to return the item.

They also didn't refund me the cost of the original postage. Bit cheeky really as it wasnt my choice to return the item, what I received was simply unwearable.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Very easy transaction…

Very easy transaction and the delivery charge of £2.99 was a pleasant surprise. Item arrived pretty quickly even though I went for economy delivery. Great item too - top quality as you’d expect from Penfield

Followup regarding returning from the…

Followup regarding returning from the US:

I just shipped the jacket back. The cheapest option was USPS at $123.57. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional that Penfield could not fix the rebound returns system or figure out a way to get me a prepaid shipping label to return this faulty, poor quality jacket. I will never buy anything from Penfield again.
