I had a great experience with Abi this morning as she is very punctual, attentive and is very clear in her communication. So far it's been a great experience all around and I really appreciate that.

Great company. I signed up for more than I needed and even though I signed a 5 year contract they were very understanding at adjusting my needs.

Ope went through the request in detail and outlined the various issues related to my request. Although am versed in what she told me, I am left assured that when my staff call in with requests, they are provided with the appropriate guidance that they may need.

Clarity and expediency on which the issue was addressed.

Pene Gerber was amazing. She entered the data in the appropriate forms I needed and then emailed them to me while I was still on the phone with her. Sometimes those forms are a bit tedious and her taking the time to help me and be sure they were drafted properly was appreciated SO much and gives me confidence knowing they are completed 100% properly.

Gave 18 months notice of desire to terminate Bright HR agreement. At end of term, the agreement was renewed without prior notice that is was happening. When an agreement is terminated, All terms are terminated not just though non-favourable to the company.

Had a very aggressive sales call from Nathan. After telling him that we were not interested in Peninsula's services, he became snarky and rude. Even if I had been interested in the services, the attitude of the salespeople completely puts me off. Be polite and take a hint to bugger off!

Total scam! Stay away! They don't sell HR services as much as they sell a non sense contract that is impossible to get out of. My Contract auto renewed during the 6 months notice i gave them to cancel it. Had to cancel my CC to get rid of them. Do not waste your time and money on these con artists. They have no business ethics.

The first meeting was great. Everyone is very proactive. I think in my case, a little too quick because i am so busy, I wasn't aware of all the time that was needed as soon as I signed the contract and sent it. It was all a little overwhelming.

Quick and helpful customer service. Not sure how I was running my small business without Peninsula Canada.

Peninsula HR staff assisted us in preparing for a proper termination and will also be assisting in creating a more up-to-date thorough employee contract, employee handbook, etc. Look forward to a lasting HR business relationship and keeping up to date with rules and regulations.

The professional yet accessible communication and explanations of things made the process painless. They really made sure we understood the benefits of working with them, but without being pushy or talking down to us. We got the feeling they genuinely want to help support us as a small business, vs. us just being a number.

We were looking for help setting up our Health & Safety program and Peninsula contacted us to follow up o how they could help us out.
They were able to answer our questions and sent Siyawash to our office the same day to go over what we needed to do. He asked intelligent questions to help find out what our needs were as a company.

We had an other company that we were looking at at the same time and he was able to give us what Peninsula provides and how they could help.
He educated us on what we need and how they could help.
Once we signed up, we were contacted to set appointments to on board remotely and set up the in person assessment at our office.
So far we are pleased with the results and are looking forward to working with them.

I was in desperate need of legal advice about our business and when I asked google Peninsula Canada popped up. From day one they have been so helpful especially Elaine. We spoke many times daily until my issue was helped with. We signed up our business for HR help and its been the best decision. We are working on making our business more organized and putting things in place that we never thought we needed. I use them on a day to day basis. Learned so much as well. Every time I call there hasn't been a single person that is not polite and helpful.... I am very impressed!!!!!

As a small company in oil and gas they really aren't worth it. They can rarely help you with safety issues and hr isnt very useful for our industry. I'm currently working with them on my account. They customer service people are always nice but it still lacks understanding of the industry and help in most hr matters.
