I have not heard back from them I spent over 3500$ and not received merchandise that had been returned by customs duties discrepancies

Please give me a refund ASAP

I liked your products and want to buy them but the delays and lack of clear communication and ghosting is unacceptable

Peninsula never disappoints! Over the years, every piece I’ve bought—from linen shirts and lightweight jackets to swim trunks and summer pants—has quickly become a go-to in my closet. The fit is always consistent, which makes ordering online completely stress-free. Their clothing is stylish without trying too hard, and the quality truly justifies the price. On top of that, their shipping is impressively fast—usually out the door within a day or two. It’s refreshing to find a brand that’s reliable in both product and service.

On my first purchase on their site

On my first purchase on their site, I placed an order of about 215 euros (with my eyes closed), taking advantage of a 10% discount ( having subscribed to the newsletter, important note) for 2 swimsuits, because I had long intended to try this company. After a few minutes I realize that on the site , for swimsuits, there was a 20% discount. I write to the company, asking about the possibility of receiving a voucher to buy a third one (since I had missed the 20% discount).The response was (hold on):“ sign up for the newsletter, they are sending a lot of discounts” (!!!) really showing that the customer center did not understand anything about the request(?).
I hope the qality of products does not reflect the quality of customer care. If these are the assumptions, I hope not to read on the label a “mad in...” since they say everything is made in italy.

I bought a linen medium size shirt…

I bought a linen medium size shirt before and it fits well, now I bought again a different colour, same size...it doesn't fit.🤷
So now reading the reviews about the return policies and experiences, I'm kinda disappointed. Another client lost I guess

Imagine the Worste 'First Time'

What happened to this company?! A few months ago I bought an amazing pair of pants. Back then it was a gift for a friend. But finally, after pushing through a rough 2024, I decided to treat myself a bit. I ordered this beautiful bathing suit. Week by week passed and with every day, my excitement grew. After almost four weeks, it finally arrived...but honestly? I wish it hadn't. The moment of opening the package was similar to how my ex described me her 'first time': Weeks of anticipation and growing excitement. But then...the night of the night...
one time in and out...
faster than a drive-through at a McDonalds...
and a sweaty hairy body collapsing on top of you...
Buying from here was the same. Long waiting. Growing excitement that all of a sudden turns into a huge disappointment.
Quality is nothing like what it was in the summer of last year. Even the colors of the print are not the same as in the pictures. It seems like they replaced their older products with some cheap knockoffs :( Save your money for something better... as my ex should have

Don‘t Fall for These Chinese Dropshippers

I checked on trustpilot before buying here and thought „3.8 Stars? Should be alright to order here“. Damn Boy was I wrong. I am not even mad about the low quality or the ages it Took to arrive…I am mad about sending back some bathing trousers which they now refuse to refund. I feel dumb falling for a 14 year old dropshipper. Took me too long to realize that 99% of the five Star reviews here are Fake.

thieves! Dont buy there, bad quality and they acted as if the clothes i sent back to them for exchange didnt arrive and refuse to pay me the money. Please avoid at all cost!!!

Crooks. Quality not good. Don't reumburse when good is returned. They will go bankrupt for their lack of honesty and crookery.

Thieves

Thieves ! I ordered some clothes for a fortune that were too small. My so. Returned them at his own costs because too small and reordered them in L I stead of XL.
My son did not take the tracking option because too expensive and now they pretend in never arrived of course. They have just stolen us 300 euros ! Shame on them. I curse you guys and I promess here you will go bankrupt !

once you buy they do not reimburse - they try to chance or actively delay replies by the customer service since they do not follow on line rules. avoid

I ordered 2 medium male swimsuits and…

I ordered 2 medium male swimsuits and they are too small. I have 3 other peninsula swimsuits that I ordered from here in medium that fit perfectly. Since they were too small and peninsula does not do exchanges only returns, I ordered the same 2 swimsuits in size large and they fit correctly. I am now trying to return the 2 medium swimsuits and peninsula says I need to pay for the shipping to return. The cost to ship them back is more than the cost of the swimsuits themselves. I have reached out 2 times now to get peninsula to send me a return label so I can return them and have not heard back. I loved this brand until now but need them to either send me a return label or refund me for the swimsuits if they don’t want to send a return label. This is over $230 usd.
