Horrible

Horrible, no customer service, noone answers calls, ne explanation how their 60 days work. Telling you you have credit but no 10£, have no idea what is going on, must ditch them.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Used the SIM for a tracker in a car, hardly used any credit due to this.
Was told to top up or SIM would be cancelled.
I contacted them and told not to worry as this was standard and I wouldn't lose my credit.

I lost my account credit and they cancelled the SIM

Avoid at all costs

Hello, the point is that a prepaid SIM card must be topped up at least once every 15 months, so theoretically €1.00 would be enough. If this is not done, the card will be deactivated, but reactivation is possible at any time.
