Ordered for the first time from Penpusher. The items were a great price in the sale and arrived nicely packaged. On unpacking, I loved the items, but found one of the pens in a pre-packed set of three wasn’t working. On emailing Gavin, he replied saying he’d replace the pen & put it in the post the next day.
The working pen arrived today, as nicely packaged as the previous items. Many thanks to Gavin for such excellent customer service. I appreciate the pen being replaced without any quibbling. This is definitely a small business worth supporting.

This was the first time I've shopped with Pen Pusher and sadly, it will be the last.
I placed an order for 10 washi tape worth almost £30 and what I received was 3 calligraphy pen holders with someone else's invoice, which included their phone number. I contacted Pen Pusher right away but had to wait over the weekend for a response. When I received a response, on the Monday, it was to assure me that a replacement order would be sent out that day and to ask if I could send back the items that I'd received by accident, which was no problem. By the Friday I still hadn't received my replacement so I got back in touch with Gavin again who then told me that the order hadn't actually been sent out and that 2 of the washi tapes that had been sent to the other recipient by accident were the last 2 in stock therefore they didn't have anymore to send me.

The mistake of sending the wrong order was one thing but to tell me that my replacement order would be sent out that day then for me to then have to chase that up was, in my opinion, not the way to run a business.
The only reason I've given 2* was because Gavin sent my refund back fairly quickly.
