I wasnt happy with the final product, I would of liked the logo to be bigger and some of the logo white like I requested.

Overall, the mugs are really good. I didn’t think the lettering size would be so small. Increase the size of the emblem and lettering and you are good to go!

The ordering process was simple and shipping was quick. The quality was good and is what I expected for the price paid.Unfortunately, 7 of the 48 purchased were either chipped or cracked making them unable to retail. I would try using them again in hopes the product comes in better shape. I was overall happy with the purchase.

We used a logo and it could have been bigger but overall, we were satisfied with how they turned out.

Print size is much smaller than what’s advertised and shown in the proof. Print is also soft, smudged and text doesn’t print clear. Cannot recommend

I ordered one mug as a sample to see how I liked it before making a huge order for my company. The mug itself is a great quality, a nice shape, and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the printing was very off center and smaller than what was shown in the proof I approved. After several emails back and forth, the company offered to refund me. I'm not sure if I'll order again because I'm worried the printing won't match the proof they provide.

Least expensive bulk mug out there, and the quality was very good. Exactly what I was looking for!

I’m not dissatisfied with the product, but I thought the stoneware would be better. Not the worst price. With inflation being what it is today, a lower price would help the consumer a lot more.

The product is ok but the printing is TERRIBLE- if I could give it 0 stars I would. Tiny print, way off center, just the absolute biggest waste of time and money
