Love these mugs. Our logo looked great. A couple were crooked and the company just reimbursed us for the error. Would definitely buy more. Process was easy and customer service was great.

These mugs are pretty, but they do have some quality issues with the paint. Sadly they say they are microwave safe on their website but the stickers on the bottom say they are not. It was confirmed by pens.com that they are not, and its been close to 2 weeks of trying to resolve this. I do have to say my account manager, Michael, was great. It was when I needed customer service help that it was a struggle.

I ordered this mug cause the listing says it was microwave safe, when the shipment arrived the stickers show “do not microwave “ I called customer service and provided pictures and they resolved of the issue. They have a good customer service.

The logo of the company was not done properly. I contacted customer service, they were supposed to redo the mugs but still haven’t got any info on when.

Almost all the handles came broken some chipped, and some broke with minimal handling. Very embarrassing to happen at a work event!
