Really nice mugs for their price! I have ordered 2 different kinds of them now and they are as advertised and don't have a "cheap" feel to them at all.

I rated it as 4 stars due to the fact that the printed logo was smaller than anticipated, other than the the process and product were as expected.

I had ordered 36 of these black ceramic mugs to see how they would look/turn out. When I received my ordered, only 8 of the 36 where centered with my logo. So 28 business logos were placed haphazardly. I called the company and they first offered a discount off my order, but that didn't really solve the problem as I did not want to hand out off-centered mugs. They asked if I could send them a picture of the mugs of which I did. In the end they said they would replace the 28 off kiltered mugs of which they did. I did receive those and was happy with them. Still not sure if I want to order a bunch more.

Absolutely loved these mugs! I purchased 30 of them for business Christmas gifts with hot cocoa and candy. The logo came out fantastic, and I like the bottom brown ceramic coloring, adds character. I put mine in the dishwasher a few times already and haven't had issues yet. I also ordered about 30 mugs and none of them came broken; they were all crated evenly and none were cracked, damaged or misprinted. I'd highly recommend these as gifts!

It doesn’t say dishwasher safe, but mine has survived the dishwasher multiple times! Great product
