We had some issues with the print alignment initially but the Pens team helped resolved the issue well which was much appreciated by us and our leadership & execs who received the cups. They were highly complimented.

Nice product. It would have been perfect if the option was available to do our full color logo instead of a single color, but over all a very nice mug.

These mugs were a huge hit! We loved them other than that we wished our logo came out a little more clearly with the small text, but that was something that we were warned about as well.

The only thing I wish is that it was Made In American instead of China.. I would pay more to get products made in America... in fact why not give the choice to the consumer when they order it? This price of made in USA or this price for made in China... let them decide who they support. :)

Great mugs - got one for free at an event a while ago, and decided to order some for my business. The two-tone color scheme makes them feel WAY ritzier than they cost.

Love the product but the cost of mailing was extremely high and the mugs arrived after my meeting so I wasn't able to distribute them. It was disappointing that mailing was so slow. The mugs are sitting under my desk.

Our mugs arrived and the logo was not straight. I reached out via the website to talk to customer service but have not received a response back.
