When I received this package, many of the clips were broken, the pen is rather flimsy and not at all what I expected. The logo was not at all what i designed. I did not get Ample customer support. This pen is not on my futire purchase list for sure

I bought 500 of these pens in 2018 and loved them and the ink lasted a long time. I am assuming you use a cheaper ink tube for cost. It does not write as well as they used to. I asked for a quote for 500 refills but did not get a response. I ordered 100 ink refills off Amazon and going try that 1st. It is a really nice pen and looks great but wish it wrote a little better. You have to scribble each time to get ink started.

We are pleased how our Besco Logo looks, love the colors, very well done design and pen comfortable to the touch and the digital signature feature is a plus. Overall great quality and good value for the money. The first order we missed some logos on a few pens, this time we got all logos but missed a few pens in quantity. Our Executive Assistant informed some pens were skipping. We do expect our orders accurate in logos, quality ink and quantity.

I love the way the pens look, but we just started using them. One won't write until you work with it a bit each time you pick it up. And another each time, it is put down, the top flies off and the spring flies out. Not happy about this purchase at all. :( I can't pass these out to my customers.
