sorry to say but at this time, I have given out 3 pens to clients, and used one myself and every single one of them stops writing. you have to do a hard swirly motion on a separate piece of paper to get it started again, and my clients all say they had to stop using the pen they were given . Needless to say I am very very unhappy with my purchase at this point, and seems I have wasted money and lost reputation because of these subpar pens!! Tried to advertise my business with them and certainly not working.

Product was good on the first batch. This batch had black ink and was not of the same quality.

You didn’t make it correctly the phone number is wrong it is printed 608-296-2023 and should have been 608-295-2023 this is the second time it’s happened!

Love the look and feel of the pen, but the ink seems old. It is hard to get the ink to work and have to scribble on a piece of paper before using.
