On the multicolored pens I ordered. They did all the logo letters in white, very hard to read my business name with a white ink on a yellow pen, and they are very small too.

I had an issue with the printing not showing up on the color barrel that I had chosen. I contacted customer support and within an hour, they offered to replace the order, with another color barrel at no charge. VERY happy with the product and VERY pleased with wonderful customer service. I will do business with you again soon.
