Product is great. Love the double handle option! Logo came out great. I deducted a star for the process, not the product. I heard about this product from an organization I belong to, and wanted to order them for another organization I belong to. The first organization purchased them for a lower price than what is listed on the website, so I called pens.com to see if they would match the offer. They would not. On the pens.com website there is an opportunity to email the CEO, so I tried that. No one ever responded. Weeks later there was a special offer on these bags, not quite as good as the original, but acceptable, so I ordered. From there, the process was great. Bags were printed and shipped quickly and arrived as scheduled.

The bag seems sturdy enough. I have not filled it to see if the strength of the bag will hold up to heavy contents.

This is the 2nd time our company has ordered these Double Handle Shopping Totes. They are very useful for many different items. They are very sturdy and I don't have a problem when I put large quantities of items in the bags. I have never used one of these which I couldn't carry practically anything ( groceries, lunches and clothing items).
