Good, decent quality product at a good price point. Even with the tariff fees the price is still ok for the small orders we need to make. The count was off in each box, however, the correct total number of pieces were accounted for. The bag itself is spacious, and supports a good amount of weight. The handle straps appear well equipped to "handle" the load. The hand holds are large enough for an adult hand to fit in and also are good enough for the load capacity of the bag. All in all a decent buy and good follow up from the company to assure satisfaction with the product.

Good product, received the invoice and an extra 10% was added due to "tariffs" - what a joke, they aren't even in effect - a slick way to add charges.

I just thought the bottom of the tote was a bit thin. Advising purchasers to put a piece of cardboard or something in the bottom. Great for advertising with our logo on it!!
