I am so darn disappointed with this company is so many ways. They are careless, heartless and selfish. The replacement order was worse.than the initial screw up. I cant see this crap to call a fair.or resonable.proff. This flash l might was way to small and they didntneven uave the sense to add a phone number with the logo. I dont know how I got caught with the abuse.from these people. I will never shop here again A waist of time and money. They will make mistakes and blame you. I can see tiny words. I want my finances return.

I've purchased over 10,000 of these keychain flashlights over the past few years, most from Pens.com, for 2 of our companies. They are a good value, but Pens will only print a logo or 3 lines of copy, while other vendors will print up to 5 lines of ad copy on their flashlights. Too bad we can't make them in the USA at a reasonable price. I hate paying the tariff Pens charges.

Many of the lights got turned on during shipping as there were no protective covers installed and as a result the batteries are dead
