We had some hiccups with the initial order, but Ahmed and Nathaniel Powell took ownership, worked the issues out and got my order to me within 10 days. I will definitely do business with them again!

I purchased these flashlights for $0.99 each. After the fees you charge, they came out to $3.14 per flashlight. I have ordered from pens.com for years and the fees have gotten out of hand. I will no longer be ordering from you in the future.
