The pen lights are very nice. The constant, unrelenting, three emails per day trying to sell me things are beyond annoying. I have tried to unsubscribe 3 times to no avail. The ads keep coming. I will never use you again because of this harassment. My next step is to do a formal complaint. Frank Murphy

Very good, except many times some smart ass packing the box turns on 6 or 10 flashlights before sealing an shipping the box. We have been buying these for over 5 years. We had another problem recently when we tried to change the color after placing the order, but the change request was not received in time due to your mail box being too full to accept any email. So we got stuck with having to buy more on a separate order.
