They gave me the exact product I wanted. I like the "check how it looks" feature they require after the purchase to make sure their version (it has to be adjusted sometimes depending on what you put your logo on) is exactly what you want. Then they produce it and send it to you and you get it very timely. VERY pleased with this company.

The over all appearances is wonderful, however the ink last no time. Bought 50. Just deliverd a little over a week, and 9 are already out of ink. I buy for personal use. I rarely give away. Very disappointed in the longevity of them

This is a great product. Smooth writing, no skipping and soft to the touch. I was unable to change ink color from blue to black. Also I wish the font color was yellow to match our brand. Maybe my mistake. I would buy this again.

So far, so good! I have had two shipments in the past of lantern pens that ran out of ink quickly. A little embarrassing. But the flashlight worked. But this shipment of these pens seem to be fine!
