I like these but the stylus is useless. It is too soft for modern-day iphones and ipads to respond too. The pen writes ok and the built-in mini flashlight is handy.

The pen itself is wonderful, but dealing with National Pen drives me ape. They send me renewal flyers for someone else's product, and when I order online to make sure they have MY info correctly on the pen, they telephone later to tell my spouse I shouldn't have ordered online because it cost more. I don't think their sales departments talk to each other.

Once shipping and tariffs were added, it raised the price to quite a bit more. I do understand, that tariffs are not something that you can control. Otherwise, the pens and engraving are beautiful.

I have gotten these flashlight pens for years. I was a teacher for the blind and visually impaired and these pens were special for the visually impaired. I also ran a nonprofit for the blind students and we passed out these pens to people who donated to help the students. Now I continue to buy these pens because friends and stores that I have given pens to will ask me," Carol do you have some pens?" Thank you for keeping me informed when I can get more. Carol
