Not every pen works, & it's embarrassing to give to someone & they hand it back saying it doesn't work. The price has gone up enough that I will have to find another company to purchase from. Just not a good enough value anymore.

Much better than the yellow pens with white writing and many batteries not good ! would like to purchase pens in 100 quantity rather than 250 and still get a deal !

I buy these rather often, but about 15% of the pens' torches do not work, are dull, or quit very early. I thought this was a small business, and as such, I was pretty shocked to see a 19.99 tariff charge on my bill. I realize you have a base in Ireland, but I am pretty sure these pens are made here.

I have been dealing with company for 10 yrs. this is the best sales promotion product ever. every one loves pens. The price is a little high and it keeps going up. Quality comes with a cost.

I like the added stylus and flashlight features to the pen. I feel they help our pens stand out when handing them to clients, and make it more likely for them to look at our pen's logo and information.
