These are of poor quality compared to their other products, and our printed logo on this product is very fragile and does not hold up. After two weeks, we are still waiting for a resolution to return our order of hundreds of pens. We have ordered thousands of pens and other products from Pens.com during the course of a year and have never had an issue. That said, customer service is lacking when there is a problem. My review was solely for this product. We have been customers of Pens.com for a few years now and have been very happy with all our purchases. Pens.com called and rectified the situation, and we appreciate their customer service. We're placing a new order for other products today!

Guests love these... because of the shape, at first, they look at them a little differently until they realize there is a flashlight at the thick end, then they almost always turn into little kids turning on and off to play with it... take them home and apparently even show them off because I've had people come into the restaurant asking if they get a flashlight pen!

I’ve had multiple , lovely, pen orders over the past few years for my clients. I can’t hand these out! Your company refuses to acknowledge the poor quality and replace. Customer lost .
