Customer for years but now something has went wrong. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, multiple promises, multiple let downs, multiple complaints, no responses. Over a month and all this is just for a quote. Unbelievable.

Confused with all the negativity?
I used penseurope before they became Nationalpens and their delivery and product was great.
Had a delivery order issue once they became National pens which was resolved a few days later.
I want to give Nationalpens 5 stars but the new product received from them is not as professional looking or as robust as the past orders with penseurope.
Obviously some in house issues have made them change name and quality is not up to scratch as yet.
Not making any future large orders, will make small batch orders and will report here at a later date on our findings.

Our business placed an order well over 4 weeks ago having previously used these guys. After 2 weeks we had to contact them to find out where the order was for them to claim the myHermes had tried and failed to deliver the pens and the pens had been sent back to their depot.

2 weeks further and still no pens, after multiple requests for them to be resent and requests for the parcel tracking info to be sent we have just been fobbed off repeatedly.

DO NOT USE

Total scammers and liars. They used couriers that are useless and did not deliver, never use this company! Refused to refund although I never got the goods, just stopped replying, will have to do a chargeback.

very dangerous and NOT SERIOUS company. Very unfriendly dispute with them, even aggresive!! I recommend to contact another company when you want to order pens in big amount. NO WARRANTY GUARANTEED

Dealt with National pen many times, now are pens Europe. Terrible half the order turned up cannot get an honest answer from anyone about the other half of the order, they just couldnt care less.
Will never deal again worst customer service ever.

At first, I was so impressed with the service I recieved, I told over 6 people in 24 hours! Then, I recieved the mock up of our order and everything was perfect and said let’s go ahead. From the website, it said 415 kr for our order for pens, print and mock-up. Then I recieved a bill for almost 1000 kroner, more than double the agreed upon price with no explaination to the additional costs. I called right away to cancel the order as these charges were never mentioned. Michael offered no explaination of why these extra costs were added and said, “yea but can’t you just pay more?” !!! Its over 50% of the price with no explaination. I asked to cancel the order and he said he couldn’t do that and we were liable for the cost. I lost almost an hour worth of work on a busy day asking to speak with his supervisor who eventually cancelled our order and never gave an explaination to the additional costs. Penseurope is a scam! Don’t waste your time

Fast and efficient

I purchased 100 pens and so far about 20% do not stay open when clicked. I will not be purchasing any more.

I bought the pens as a gift at the end of term for each member of my class. The quality of the engraving is excellent, the quality of the pen appears robust and stylish. Just perfect!
