Erik was super helpful while I was figuring out the basics of getting my business started. I was in the early stages and needed help finding a 26-foot flatbed — he gave me solid info and advice that really helped me get moving in the right direction.

My experience was fantastic. Far more than my expectations. All the people I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and the drive home was smooth. The purchasing process was also very easy and I love the fact that Penske was upfront with conditions and status of the vehicles. Above all, Jesenia Guzman was the coordinator that handled my account. She was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and was very quick to respond. She made my experience very beautiful. I definitely will be coming back soon for another Truck.
