I love the unique items this webshop has to offer. My order was processed very quickly, and I received my order in Germany in 2 days which was faster than expected. I had a few questions before I placed the order, and they were professionally answered by Customer Service.

I haven’t received my package after 2+…
I haven’t received my package after 2+ weeks despite contacting support a day after not getting my package.
Feels like I’m annoying their customer support by asking for support. Takes 2 emails (spaced a week ish) to get a reply each time. I wouldn’t trust them. Have had my money taken and not one bit of regard shown to me as a customer. Unbelievably poor.
Will make sure to support my local store instead
