I ordered a TWSBI Eco Indigo Blue Bronze fountain pen (fine nib) from penworld.be, and the overall experience was very straightforward.
The delivery was quick and hassle-free, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I didn’t need to contact customer service, which in itself says a lot about how smoothly the process went.
As for the pen, this is my first TWSBI, and I absolutely love it. It has completely replaced my ballpoint pen. The writing experience is smooth, reliable, and just enjoyable to use on a daily basis.
