Item has been shipped for 2 weeks
First time order with Penworld, read all the positive reviews of how fast their shipping before i make the order. I left 3 weeks time frame for this order as im going on a long trip. They shipped on the next day but 2 weeks after it still at the DHL parcel center, it's understandable during holiday season but 2 weeks it's just too much for sending it to Ireland. Emailed their customer service got no reply, let's see how much longer I have to wait or will I receive it at the end.
Thanks for your swift reply, i appreciate it. There was an updated with the tracking link that the parcel has arrived in Ireland today.
