McDonald’s bolton

McDonald’s bolton. Have you noticed the complete and utter lack of customer service in all restaurants is getting worse. Too busy dealing with deliveroo and ignoring everyone else and If you do manage to get served it’s wrong. The last visit resulted in waiting for 25 minutes for 2 simple breakfast meals. After asking how much longer on 2 occasions I had to unfortunately ask for money back. No argument, no apology nothing, it was refunded no problem. They would sooner lose the money rather than deal with a simple order. It’s so very sad I’m sure there are people there that want to work for a living, just not very many !

Absolutely disgusting thing to see

Just been to the McDonald’s lochside in Dumfries the staff need to be retrained absolutely disgusting staff are drinking juice then wiping there own hands across there mouths and then serving food! It knocked me absolutely sick the thought of somebody else’s saliva going on my food absolutely horrendous won’t be going back there ever again. Did mention it to the staff member and she said it’s very hot behind there I couldn’t give two hoots if it’s hot or not I don’t want any body fluids on my food that’s cross contamination! Disgusting!

Kind manager and nice staff.

My wife and I took my 85 year old Mother-in-law (She has very severe mobility problems) to McDonalds in Cookstown today. It is a very busy place ! I spoke to the manager,Rita, who was very kind in advising where we could park and once inside the staff were all friendly and helpful. Mum enjoyed her meal and the short distance she had to walk. Thank you all.

McDonald’s Stamfordham road

This branch needs to train their staff in customer service…if I could find somewhere to directly complain about one individual member of staff I would… I was talked over and shouted at and I was given no resolution to my problem. This branch needs no train their staff in customer service!

Today in the West Quays in Southampton

Today in the West Quays in Southampton. Ordered inside.

A child was violently sick by the automated kiosks and the queue was horrendous. The stench was everywhere.

I asked to be served at the counter where a worker who looked 12 years old with the manners to match told me the manual tills are closed (as in they are no longer operational) and I had to order at the kiosk. I told her there was sick everywhere and it’s disgusting to have to walk over there, but she insisted.
Anyway, as I proceeded to try and enter the order with my young son, a tap on the shoulder from someone to say I can go to the manual till. Wait. What, I was just told by the little madam that I can’t order there. So just a pack of lies from her. Shame on you.

I placed my order and asked to speak with the manager. I young chap called Dan with a myriad of tattoos (for identification purposes) wondered over. I explained what had happened. No apology, he simply said as it was an emergency (child being sick) he has opened this till and said I can have a refund. What? I raise an issue with you and you want to cancel my order. Wow. Great customer services Dan. NOT.

Besides as I pointed out to him, clearly wasn’t an emergency, as I counted at least 15 people had walked through or over the sick and that’s before Dans crew took action. The crew just stood there working out what to do. It took 2 front of house staff to resolve and a further staff member to direct new patrons.

I Waited about 15 mins for my order to finally be made. What happened to fast food?

This store is a joke. Dan, a tip, learn some manners and go back on a training course to deal with customers with respect and courtesy. Ps. Also learn how to deal with busy times. You clearly don’t have the aptitude to be a manager at this time. I won’t be visiting this disgrace of a store again.

Went to McDonald’s Yorkshire Grey South East London on 25th January 2022 at 10:52am and was there only for 45 minutes. I got a Notice Penalty for £100 for falsely accusing me of being there for 2 hours. I was lucky I had my insurance GPS tracker in my car. Appealed and the MET Parking company operating and managing McDonald’s parking came back apologetic and cancelled my charge. MET Parking are either a scam or have faulty surveillance cameras or both. I don’t know why a big company like McDonald’s uses such a company to manage their premises.
