I use the ITIL Process and Guidlines in my business and they are essential for it.
The Comfort for re-certification and trainings can be improved. It is not so good understandable, how I can do trainings and get Points so which count for the recertification. I am also certified PMP at PMI and find the process for re-certification better understandable.

easy exam, very complicated guidelines for the exam setup
the guidelines for the training are so strict and specific that it took me almost a year to find an appropriate place to do the exam. They are idealistic and require people to have specific rooms with specific conditions that not everyone has the luxury to afford.

Positive Outcome, Though the Extension Period Feels Tight
Following my recent review "Zero Stars", PeopleCert has now reactivated my Foundation and Practitioner vouchers for two months and restored my access to the online materials. I genuinely appreciate the gesture and the fact that they eventually took the time to review my situation.
However, it’s unfortunate that I had to resort to writing a public review before any action was taken. While I’m thankful for the outcome, the customer experience leading up to it could have been much smoother — and given the length of time the issue remained unresolved, a slightly longer extension would have felt more proportionate. It would also be helpful if the administrative fee to reschedule my Foundation exam could be reconsidered.

Very difficult process
Very difficult process. The website is poor and difficult to find exams, results, details. Conflicting emails about what needs to be done. Nothing seemed simple to do.

Proctor coming late to exam
I am very happy with the exam and the possibility of taking it online, however I was a bit stressed with the examination proctor being almost 10 minutes late. I appreciate that many different things may happen, but it gave additional unnecessary stress befor the exam. I was scroling the page to and fro looking for any additional button to activate the wxam, or call the proctor.
