Great experience of learning along with exams. Highly recommend !!

I did not like waiting for about 20 minutes for the exam to start. The time I booked was 16:50 and I got to start at 17:10.

The instructions provided in advance were clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated the compatibility test, as it allows candidates to verify in good time that their laptop and system are working correctly. The preparation video was very helpful as well, clearly outlining the steps required before the exam. Overall, the materials make it very easy for candidates to prepare effectively.

One point of feedback concerns the examiner’s arrival time. In my case, the examiner joined after my scheduled exam start time. This was not a problem in itself, but it may be helpful to mention during the preparation process that the examiner could join a few minutes later than scheduled. It would also be reassuring to clarify that the exam time only begins once the candidate starts answering the first question.

The course was very interesting because, even though I already work as a project manager, I learned new concepts that I can apply to my job.

On the day of my exam, about 40 minutes before I was about to ring the invigilator, I had a powercut. I was hyped up with anxiety which didn't help. Once the power came back on 2.5 hours later I got in touch with the technical support team. After two further attempts, your invigilators helped me get prepared especially as I thought I'd have to wait a few days to resit the exam. Luckily I managed to do the exam on the same day.

Very helpful and understanding proctors. Testing environment was intuitive and easy to set up.

The exam itself was good, but due to a technical issue the exam started with a delay more than 20 minutes. This is for me not acceptable. The second contact was very friendly, no problems with her.
