The courses themselves are on a different website/with a different company. So you have to register with peoplecert, and get various guidance docs from them, but then go on to a different place to do the course itself. It's very convoluted.
Also, when trying to get from the homepage back to your course or what you need is almost impossible, it just keeps taking you to how you can sign up for courses.
Also, for my exam, the invigilator was 20 minutes late and I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone number or chat for assistance.

Whole exam process was smooth, and invigilator didn't take much time to verify details. The UI of the exam was simple and easy to understand. Thank you very much.

I was made aware of what is going to happen, requirements and what I needed to do for my exam, and things just happened as expected so there is no extra stress to deal with for the exam.

It was very good, everything was explained in excellent detail. I appreciate all the prep videos so I knew what to expect prior to taking the exam.

In a way, the instructions a bit too thorough. There is too much to read, and it is very tedious reading both online and offline sources (not knowing initially they are duplicates).

Also why are there three stages: scheduling, checking-in, and then starting exam? I think the checking-in stage should be removed.

I think this flow can be improved by directing the user to the preparing-the-room video immediately after scheduling. And after it's confirmed that the user watched the video, then immediately directing the user run the system checks. Then asking the user to come back to the testing page 1 hour before the exam time.

My proctor never joined and I had to call customer service to get a new one. Ended up starting my exam 50 minutes after my scheduled time and I felt rushed and failed because I was missing an important meeting.

Good experience taking up the exam and reviewing the materials provided

I liked the fact that there were many security measures for people not cheating. The system was a bit complicated but understandable. The person who helped me was kind and solved my doubts. I did not like that the mock exam was way more complicated than the real exam, but the worst experience was the survey before actually being able to see my provisional results after the exam. I studied so much for this and was very nervous - the last thing I wanted was completing a survey in order to being able to see my results. I honestly clicked options randomly. I don't think this is appropriate and not the best moment to get trustful information from users.

The remote testing experience was relatively painless with plenty of assistance by the proctor to answer all my questions.

Waiting 15 minutes after start exam. Annoying proctor with indian voice and bad connection thats easily irritated.

Solid content, but the delivery and platform don't justify the price

The ITIL Foundations material itself is accurate and well organized, so no complaints on the substance. The problem is everything around it.

The delivery is flat. It's essentially the textbook rendered on screen, with very little to reinforce the concepts. For a framework this terminology heavy, I expected interactive activities, more video, and exercises that actually apply the key terms and processes rather than just presenting them. Reading definitions on a page is not the same as learning to use them.

The LMS also needs work. There's no way to track your progress through the course, it runs slowly, and it logs you out far too often. Basic quality of life features that any modern learning platform should have.

At $1,029 for what is largely self paced reading, the value isn't there. I could have bought the official publication for a fraction of the cost and gotten most of the same experience. If the platform added real interactivity, better multimedia, and progress tracking, the price would be easier to defend.

Recommendation: fine if you just need the cert and will self study anyway, but don't expect an engaging or well built learning experience for the money.
