The agent whom helped had great customer skills. Was great at communicating all across the board. He was patient. He listened and executed it all smoothly. He should get a raise. Agents like himself are rare now days.

Great customer service. Found exactly what I needed for a safe transaction.

I followed the advertised risk free process of cancellation within 3 days. However, They charged my debit card and REFUSED to refund my account, even though I had email confirmation from them proving my timeline was correct. After several days of checking on this, I requested to be paid for my time, on top of the credit I was rightfully owed. (Since they were on the clock, purposely giving me the runaround) I ended up providing the numerous emails to my payment account and received a full refund. Highly do not recommend this service.

Lousy and was never able to look up any thing

I was dealing with a very professional and patient lady named Daffney, who took the time to make sure my questions were answered and that I could walk thru my necessary steps for my needs.

I was very please with her demeanor. She sent me several screen shots etc. to insure the process.

SCAM- I was trying to look something up. They said I'd get it for 95c. They charged me $1.95 and then a random $5 and I did not get any information. These people are identity thieves trying to make money on top of their scams. Stay away.

A#1 customer support from Luis. He knew what he was doing and fixed everything I needed. He gave account options I did not know I had. Kept this customer from being lost. Friendly customer centered help was also logical. Luis makes his supervisors' supervisor look good. I ask, what can be done to give Luis his undeniably earned and so well deserved recognition? Please respond, don't take for granted. I haven't!

I tried the web site to solve my problem Unable to locate 2nd account so used the Co. phone # and met AI. Honestly best AI ever . When giving my email individual letters were a bit of a challenge so AI shot me a txt to clarify Done. I was amazed at the capabilities of this AI experience. I was put through to a real person who clarified AI had cancelled both accounts for me . Great experience Thank you . This is an unsolicited review

It was frustrating trying to contact a real person rather than an AI bot. Once I got through, the customer service person was kind and friendly. she was able to provide me with fast service.

The 3 day trial is not 3 full days. Signed up late Sunday evening and was billed Tuesday - just after midnight, so technically Wednesday. Be warned - they will offer NO REFUND. Service only identifies about half of the numbers I searched.

Victor was outstanding! He was a great listener, understood my issue right away, and resolved it quickly.
I really appreciated his professionalism and attentiveness.
