In a world where people rarely take the time to listen, it was a gift, on this day, to get Victor as my Customer Support Representative! Not only did he listen to the reason behind my call, he clearly sensed the emotional distress behind it. He could have stated the terms supporting the reason I called but he did not...he listened at a time I needed someone to hear me! Not only was he able to resolve my problem completely, he didn't make me feel as though it was done grudgingly on his part! I wish more companies took the time to either employ more folks like Victor, OR at the very least train them to really be a support to the customer! THANK YOU, Victor!
