People finders has fine print that allows them to charge 24.95 per month on gour paypal account. I would not have paid the .95cents to then be charged 24.95 a month. Unlike other reviewers I was not able to reach a person when I called. I pressed 2 as directed and nothing happened. Then I recalled and pressed 3 and still no answer. Afyer 5 attempts I was able to open their website. I hit cancel my account and the site then seemed to freeze and I am not sure if I canceled my acount or what. I called my credit card next. This has happened to other people.
Many people on redddit also complain about their practices of charging 24.95 a month which os the fine print! I would not recommend them.

I used People Finders once to learn about someone who contacted me whom I did not know, expecting the one time .95 charge. I admit that I didn't read all of the "fine print" and was not aware that I was also agreeing to a monthly membership at $24.97 per month, which they charged three days later. I contacted People Finders and told them what had happened. I temporarily have some difficult challenges and People Finders customer service was very understanding, tested me very well and correctly the problem very quickly.

Company is here to ensure they get your money and don't offer refunds or have any customer consideration or compassion whatsoever. I would go out of my way to not do business with predators like this. Don't give them your money and use a company that cares about you and you can trust.

I tried the 3 day trial with initial charge of $0.95 for the requested information. The information sent was not correct. I immediately tried to cancel. I sent an email to support team . They did not respond. After three days my bank account was charged $24.97 ( listed as recurring) I called and eventually was able to cancel. I voiced my displeasure with the entire process and was transferred to another support team member. This person hung up on me after I complained about my experience in less than a minute. I would have given no stars but this format did not allow.
