Valentin helped us with a ripple error that had been causing some pain in the short term. He very quickly assessed the current situation and pinpointed the route of the problem. He was very patient in keeping the ticket open long enough for us to conclude a successful test of the correction. We'll no doubt encounter problems in future when we do i will be very happy to engage with Valentin again!

ATS Tracker-Indeed
I raised a case after starting to use the ATS on PeopleHR, as we encountered a few issues during the setup process. These included pulling the advert through to Indeed and updating the business name, etc, which unfortunately took much longer than expected to resolve.
Zoltan from the support team has been assisting us from the beginning and has gone above and beyond in trying to help resolve several of these issues. Hopefully, everything should be okay now and we can close the case.

Employee didn't have access to PeopleHR space
I spoke today with Valentin from the PeopleHR helpdesk, and he helped me very quickly. He guided me through each step and explained how, as an administrator, I can resolve this issue on my own in the future. Valentin was very nice and patient throughout the whole process. I’ve experienced disappointing customer support in the past with PeopleHR. However, since June 2025 there has been a significant positive change. My main contact, Cosmin Blaga, has been excellent with quick responses, is extremely helpful in resolving issues, and is consistently friendly and supportive.

User friendly HR & ATS Solution
We have been using PeopleHR as an HR system, as well as an ATS. The HR platform is very easy to use and makes managing employee data simple and efficient. The ATS has a lot of customizable options and again very intuitive. We were also rewarded with flexpoints for extra training sessions to help with any queries we might have.

I have been struggling to figure out why for some the bank holidays are automatically being deducted from the system while for others that did not happen.
