Doesn’t deserve one star! Still waiting no email can’t get hold of them feeling scam good thing I have good lawyers!
Update 7/14/2020- Still nothing. No response to my emails and no updates on an expected ship date on my order that was paid for on 5/21/2020. Extremely upsetting and disappointing, starting to wonder if I have been scammed out of over $3000. and if I will ever actually receive my hot tub. Not to mention the money that has been spent preparing for the hot tubs arrival, deck is built, steps, cover holder, chemicals, and lighting. Everything BUT the hot tub. I will update my review if and when I ever receive the product I purchased based on its quality. Here's to praying they redeem themselves for the horrible lack of customer service.
I purchased a spa from ClearWater, and was charged on April 3. We signed for the spa when it arrived a few weeks later. We unwrapped it a couple of days after that, and to our dismay it had forklift damage. No we didn’t unwrap it when it was delivered, because we needed to move it to the location it was going to be placed. However, who would think a tightly wrapped hot tub had forklift damage?? Clearwater will not give us a discount on the damaged spa, as they say all they did was sold it. They can’t file a claim with delivery, because it wasn’t noted when delivered. And the manufacturer will only send a patch kit, if I void the whole warranty. All of it sounds quite sketchy to me. Not to mention, I just got a response today, from an email I sent 6/16. Their customer service stinks and obviously there’s a huge integrity issue somewhere between my purchase and it being delivered. Love how no one wants to stand behind their product and it’s all my fault, because I didn’t thoroughly inspect it. We aren’t talking a small purchase here, we are talking almost $4,000!! But what do they care? They got their money!! They did send me a few free chemicals, but that isn’t even a drop in the bucket for what we spent! So if you purchase, be cautious and careful...because there’s a HUGE trust issue somewhere!!
Clearwater Pool & Spa is the ONLY place to shop if you want a great value spa that looks and performs like one twice the price. Great service as well. You made this MIZZOU family smile in Columbia, MO! Thanks for all you do!
Their customer service is awesome. Mindy and Sarah are five star
We are still waiting for our hot tub! Ordered April 28th under the given info it would arrive May 20th to May 27th...then jumped to June 1-8 and NOW it might ship June 28th! This was NOT part of the purchase we agreed to! Extremely disappointed!
I am so frustrated .. I have called your number hundreds of times and left messages need to change something on my order before it’s to late... please return my call this is unacceptable or let me know how i can cancel.

Ordered spa on 4/22/20 with delivery date of 5/11/20. No customer service no updates. I was charged for the spa but still have not received as of 6/2/20 and you cannot get anyone at the company to answer the phone or email. Stay away.
Purchased on 4/22, received notification that it shipped 4/30, great! I wait patiently understanding that there may be delays because of covid-19 but a month passes and nothing. I followup on 5/20 and am told it's strange that I haven't received it yet and that I should call Echo (their 3rd party logistics provider). I call and am told the spa is lost or at least they don't know where it is. I'm told that they would call me back (they don't). I let People Like Clearwater know this in an email and get no response. I call Echo two more times over the course of 10 days and get the same response. They don't know where it is and they will call me back but never actually call back. I email People Like Clearwater several times and get no response. I call and am told "management is working on it." It's now been 11 days and all I know is that the original shipment is lost and I have no commitment to ship another one or even offer a refund. It should not take a month to identify the lost shipment (Echo) or 11 days (People Like Clearwater) to come up with a solution. The lack of customer support is very disappointing and disturbing.
It's now been 10 days since I ordered my chemicals, nothing, notta, zilch. No follow up, no estimate shipping date, no nothing. This will be last time I order with this company. And I dont want to hear anything about the corona virus, takes 30 seconds to send email, or 2 minutes to update website saying we suck, we dont understand customer service and we really dont care what you as the customer think.
I'm very happy with my AquaRest DayDream 4500. The hot tub arrived late and I was missing the steps as well as the clips for the cover. I notified customer-service straight away. They told me to get it touch with the manufacturer. I called them several times and left messages but none got back to me. I notified customer-service about this and a few days later I heard from the manufacturer that they needed the serial number. I gave them that. Since then I have asked to get an update but heard nothing back. Now 10 days later I'm still missing the clips and have to use rocks on top of the cover to keep it in place. I love the hot tub but gave 2 stars because of poor communication and customer-service.
I'm very happy with our new hot tub. We ordered the Elite 600 6 person hot tub in brownstone. I really like the dark brown to match our deck. It's very roomy and you can fit 4 adults but I don't recommend 6 adults. The customer service was good every time we reached out. They were very tolerant of my constant messages but we got everything worked out. The spa did arrive over a week late but that's fine because I understand the COVID19 issue messed up a lot of businesses and our tracking numbers for the steps shows it will be here tomorrow. This company does have the lowest prices on new hot tubs. I really researched the internet and compared prices being on a budget. You might have to wait a little but the price is right.
From day one the customer service has been very disappointing. The shipping is an "estimate" so my hot tub arrived 13 days after the last day of the deliver by date. Multiple emails and chat sessions with no results. I was lied to on more than one occasion about the status of my order. Asked at least 5 times to speak with a manager and was told it was forwarded. No one ever called me back. Spa arrived yesterday with damages and now it is leaking. No response to my email about that this morning. I do not recommend this company. They are more concerned with taking orders than fulfilling them in a timely manner and providing basic customer service.

Order placed April 22 and payment was taken at that time. ZERO communication from clearwater regarding the order or shipping. Multiple emails sat un-responded to. Several phone calls ignored. Sat on hold for 45 minutes and was told I would get a call back... still waiting. Horrible service, misleading advertising about shipping. AVOID!!!!
Hopefully they will ship the order ASAP, as expedited as possible and I will not have to cancel the order and dispute the already charged money.

PLC always has the equipment we need to maintain our hot tub. Their shipping is quick and accurate. Thank you for being reliable!
First let me say I completely understand how covid might have impacted a manufacture. However placing on order on April 22nd I was given an anticipated delivery date of May 11th and never heard another thing from Clearwater. After hearing nothing from Clearwater (other than their automated order confirmation email) I contacted them on May 4th and was told the manufacture most likely won't ship for 8-10 weeks. Horrible bait and switch by Clearwater they should tell customers this BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the order!
UPDATE - Per Clearwater payment is taken at point of sale so shipping delay or not YOU ARE CHARGED!

Excellent product, value and sales support. Would reccomend highly
Ordered a spa weeks ago, was scheduled to be here this week. All I want is an update on my order and when it will be delivered. I have emailed, (no answer) called, ( no answer) and sat on the website’s chat for 25 minutes which led to zero info. Disappointed in the communication. Wondering if I should have just canceled my order, not that I could reach anyone to do so. It is very frustrating to spend thousands of dollars and be unable to reach anyone.

Received spa in decent time. Set it up. Filled it. Put in chemicals, plugged it in. NOTHING! tried everything. Called Clearwater and talked to them. They sent me to the manufacturer and been getting a run around. So now i have a spa sitting in my yard to just look at. Waste of money. Manufacturers aren't helping their customers. Blaming it on covid. But they took my money quick enough.

We purchased the AquaRest DayDream 4500 Hot Tub Spa in March, 2020. We have owned it for several weeks and we use it everyday (usually multiple times a day). We highly recommend this hot tub spa unit. For the price, you are getting a solid, reliable, fully-functioning hot tub that works great. Here are some details relevant to this review:
PURCHASE:
We chose the DayDream 4500 unit because of the features we were able to get at the right price. The unit is a 6 person size, which we wanted for our family of four. The 45 jets were more than enough and we are not too picky about fancy or super-powerful jets. We also liked that this unit had the Ozone injector included. We knew that our kids would like that it had a waterfall and light feature, even though it is very simple. This unit has a dry weight of only 400+lbs, which was really important to us, as we knew we had to move it once, but we also wanted to know that we could move it again fairly easily if we chose to re-hardscape our patio area. Finally, we wanted to get a plug and play 110v, 15A unit to start, but knew we wanted to possibly convert it later, so that we could stagger the costs a bit (running a dedicated 50A circuit is not cheap to install). This unit has the ability to easily convert the unit to 240v 50A/30A, and not all plug and play units have this.
We purchased this tub from Clearwater Pool and Spa in Manchester, TN. They had a great price, and also shipped the unit free, with curbside delivery, even across the country to New England. This store also did not have any tax, which saved us a lot, and they also gave a free cover, and a matching set of steps. There were no additional costs -- the sticker price is exactly what we paid. We wanted to buy from an actual pool store, if possible, rather than an online “big box” site, because we wanted the personalized customer service if the need arose. I was able to call and email Clearwater a few times just to get a few questions answered and they were great. The same person who emailed me to say that my hot tub was shipped was the same person who responded when I reached out with questions. This was great! I never had any issues, but if I did, I knew that the folks from Clearwater would be all over it. They also sell parts of the unit, so I know that I could order them in the future to maintain the unit. I couldn’t guarantee this kind of service from Home Depot, Wayfair, Amazon, etc.
PROS:
--The unit works great and is really fun for the whole family
--Holds temperature at 104 (i.e. the primary purpose of a hot tub)
--The ability to convert from "plug and play" to dedicated hardwiring at a later time
--Lots of great seating options for people of all sizes
--The included Ozone injector has reduced our need for chemical additives to the water
--Roto-mold manufacturing process allows for some flex (2%) after placement; therefore, it can be placed on leveled crushed rocked
--I like the gray/black look over a wood look
--Free curbside delivery and no tax
--When jets are fully running, it creates a relaxing, soothing feel on the body/muscles
--My kids like the different LED light options; at night this makes the unit look nice
CONS:
--When using 110v "plug and play" the tub takes a LONG TIME to rise in temperature; in a colder climate, it could take 2 hours to raise 1 degree (this was expected, but should be noted)
--This is nit-picky, but it would be great if the LED light was under water; instead it surrounds the waterfall, thus it doesn't really light up the water like many other units do.
--If I continued to use the 110v set-up, it would end up costing more in electricity costs over time, because the motor has to run more to get it up to temp and to maintain top temp
