I ordered a spa on MAR 31 to give my wife and children something to enjoy during the trying times that we as a nation are presently in. The spa showed “in stock, shops from warehouse in 24-48 hours”. I called on April 9th as I still had t seen shipping info, which I wasn’t overly concerned about since I expected “some” delay due to the pandemic. I was informed that I hadn’t selected the $199 quick ship option therefore the spa order was sent for production in FL and would ship in 3-4 weeks! Not once on any screen that I saw was this mentioned and I consider myself a fairly savvy shopper. I asked to have a supervisor call me. Still waiting. Buy local and avoid these snakes!
Update: I’m grateful my review got noticed by the company, but it should not be that difficult to find the order I placed especially since I gave dates in my review. At any rate, I would email the company but no email is listed on the website and since my purchase my replies to my order email, attempted chats on the website and phone calls have gone unanswered. My spa showed up on the 23rd of APR. the chemicals that I included on the order (over 3weeks ago) still have not. My repeated attempts to get that cancelled (had to buy chemicals locally) have not been fruitful. Considering filing with my credit card company at this point.
Update #2: The business contacted me upon seeing my review and I got a refund for the chemicals that did not arrive.
Ultimately I got the product I wanted but had to wait much longer than anticipated. If you know there “quick ship fee” going into the transaction it might not be a terrible place to buy. Overall, I felt that their practices were misleading and I probably would not recommend using them. Upgraded to 2-stars.

I was hesitant ordering a hot tub online. Clearwater made it a great experiance. I was informed of the progress and shipment of my hot tub. They used an excellent shipping company. I live in a rural area and was concerned about the delivery. It arrived to my house with no problem. The packaging was great to protect the spa. This is my first hot tub, so I have been tinkering with the chemicals for the past couple of days. This evening I tried it out. Worked great!

I purchased my spa through a Google search and found PeopleLikeClearwater and it was the best decision I ever made! Was nervous about ordering from a company I had never heard anything about, but everything was PERFECT. I ordered online and from the first day I received emails on the purchase, on set up, on delivery and more. My spa arrived when they said it would. Have had it up for a month and it's perfect. I also had to ask them a question and used the online CONTACT US and they got right back to me. Oh and I even received a handwritten Thank You card from them! What a great place to buy a spa. I would highly recommend this company! Thank You!

We purchased a 2-person hot tub online in mid-Dec 2019. That transaction was simple/issue free/much like any other item purchased online. Unfortunately, what followed were zero communications. For a several thousand dollar purchase, I expect a follow up email confirmation detailing what was ordered and when to expect delivery. 20 days later, I called to confirm receipt of the order (they did receive it) and requested expected delivery day. They were unable to provide an expected delivery day ... 20 days after the hot tub was ordered.
Within 10 more days, we were given a call by a local delivery company and successfully scheduled and received delivery of the hot tub. The hot tub is of good quality and a good value. The communication process was poor which is the reason for the 2-star rating.

Communicated pretty well start to finish. Love the spa. It is as advertised and was delivered in great condition. Cover was missing the tie down clips and they pointed me to the right contact and they are being sent.

The hot tub’s door to get into the cord and pump is closed with screws that were very difficult to get unscrewed and then have to re screwed to close it. No easy access. Not a good design. We had missing parts on the cover.

Received our hot tub on 12/19, filled it and turned it on and the jets won’t work. Reached out to Clearwater and we were told to contact the manufacturer. My husband has spent over 84 hours trying to get this to work. Contacted Clearwater as we are still in the 30 day return period. They said we couldn’t return it because it doesn’t work!! Are you serious? You can sell a hot tub that doesn’t work but won’t stand true to your word?

Unimpressed. Purchased “blemished” hot tub which was supposed to be in full working order. Hot tub arrived and wouldn’t heat fully. Company directed me directly to Aquarest and took no responsibility for spa that arrived in non-working order (site says spa was tested and fully functional... it wasn’t). The company passed the buck to the manufacturer who only provided support by makings suggestions on how to fix it ourselves none of which worked. We’ve tried all suggestions and now stuck with a hot tub that kind of works. I’m going to have to hire someone to diagnose and fix it with no reimbursement. I can see how this could make sense if the product stopped working a month after purchase, but it never worked. I saw no desire from the company to Take responsibility to fix an issue that stemmed from them sending me a defective non-functioning product. Really? I wouldn’t trust this company. They will sell you a defective product and then leave you out in the cold (literally) as they tell you it isn’t their problem.

Acoustom to jets being a little larger in diameter and with more punch in my previous therapy tub, but acceptable. As a severe diabetic, who has very sensative skin, the slip resistant, rough surface has to be navigated with caution. Can rub the contact points, (elbows, tailbone area) raw if moving around with contact to surface.
So far so good, absolutely no issues.
