Customer service for this company is fantastic. I would recommend them all day long, they are fast and efficient with there reply’s. Second time I’ve used them now, I’ve just ordered 3 lateral flows and then the government changed it tonight so you now need a PCR , so I emailed Pep and they got straight back to me, they refunded my lateral flows money and I reordered PCR . Quick , efficient and no hassle. 5Stars guys, I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with anyone as efficient as these guys. Thank you very much!

Having just purchased a day 2 lateral flow the rules changed and Jemima was SO quick to respond to my request to update test to a PCR. Everything has been easy to arrange and I would highly recommend this company!

Customer service at Peplobio is unbelievable good. They are quick and efficient. I accidentally duplicated a reference number and they responded so quickly to the point of having to send me another test out free of charge. They replied to my emails almost immediately. I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service and would highly recommend! The whole process was made easy using the app and the service was extremely efficient and stress free. The customer service team were great and responded promptly to emails.

First time of needing Day 2 testing kits after returning from abroad. Good price and arrived in plenty of time. Simple to use and easy to check positive/negative.
Completion of required online return of proof of test result was thorough and as I was returning two results had to be careful to ensure that I did not mix up the bar codes and the references.
I did email the company to enquire if both submissions had been received and received a very quick response assuring me everything was fine.
So excellent customer service ( when you hear or read about other poorer companies) If necessary I will be using this company again.

First time ever ordering PCR tests, customer service is pretty good. Helped me out quite a bit. Just waiting on my test result.

Quick results, easy to use service, quick response to an email query (we had made a mistake in supplying a date of birth and it was quickly rectified, at no charge). Highly recommend

After initially submitting a negative age when entering birthdate, they fixed and promptly sent out results. All support was via email which was concerning to begin with but it all worked out, responses were very prompt. Hopefully the backend tracing is rigorous as I never felt my printed forms were required when traveling. This wouldn't be Peplobio's fault but the overall regulation. I'm all for safe travel.

I managed to forget to "activate" my test kit before sending and - with a day to go before my flight - panicked! Thankfully PB have a telephone number on their web site - I gave them a call and they were very nice about it and helped me through it. Many thanks to Jack and the team!

I used this company for my day 2 covid test for my passenger locator form after a holiday. I made a mistake when uploading my results and sent an enquiry. The customer service got back to me straight away and amended my form for me. My updated report was sent within minutes. Fantastic service.
