Helping clients get to Offer
Well, I got an Offer. There were a couple of frustratins along the way. The 45 day limit was ticking down and nobody could confirm the case wasn't going to get lapsed even though very detailed specialist surveyor reports were required post valuation. I also didn't know there would be a pre-offer client call and so couldn't position that with my clients. But these are quibbles. All in all very staisfied.

Pepper fill a very valuable niche
Pepper fill a very valuable niche. Where cases don't fit the High St and are too good for the severe adverse end of the spectrum Pepper are the our new first choice.
We contacted our BDM and he was all over our clients situation within hours. His advice was invaluable and accounted for a rapid offer arriving which impressed both us and our client.
On a pure business comparison note, Pepper know their strengths and don't try to go where they are not strong. They were keen to educate us on these so we would chose them first next time. I can say it worked.

After contacting my BDM Alex Hall, this issue was quickly resolved with his intervention.
