Unfortunately, it has been absolutely horrible to liaise with this firm. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Bad customer service, long SLAs, the secure messaging is cumbersome. Do not use this firm.

Simply straight forward, did not go back on the DIP. Good communication from the precalls and aftercare. Good follow up with the PepperMoney account manager Paul Drinkwater. Offered in less than a week.
