Sam’s been great to work with. I usually go to him with tricky cases and he’s always willing to look into things properly rather than just giving a quick answer. He’ll speak to the right people internally and help work through the case from the start, which makes a big difference.

By the time we get to application stage, most of the groundwork has already been done, so cases tend to run smoothly and we often get quick offers as well.

He’s reliable — always comes back to me, whether it’s a call or email, and gets involved when needed. Just a really good BDM to deal with.

We’ve had a couple of very good experiences recently, Sam Bickerton has been really helpful especially when cases go slightly wrong he is always very insightful and guides us well on how to rectify any issues that arise
