Great service
As a broker, I find Pepper's approach really refreshing. What always impresses me the most is how pro active they are in terms of assisting with any issues.

Old School Service
We need to use Pepper regularly for some of our clients where criteria needs to be flexible for the customers situation. Every time I run things past my BDM, Sam Bickerton, confident that his knowledge and availability will be a good start to taking the case to AIP and application. I have found the business development manager Alex Hall to be outstanding in his field. He never fails to come back to me with any queries i have and always comes back to me the same day. When ever he is in the local area he always contacts me to check in even if we don't have a scheduled appointment just to see how i'm getting on. He is a credit to Pepper Money and is the reason i have a high level of confidence in them

First time application Great experience
To do the application and upload documents was simple. The only annoying thing was if I came out of the application I couldn't pick it up where I left it. I had to go through the whole application each time. But this was no Biggy. Team if i got stuck were helpful and responded quickly. My first application as a new advisor with Pepper Money. Thank you.

Looking for a mortgage is new easy…..as we all know. But I was introduced to Pepper Money by my mortgage broker and a little wary…..0f all the pit falls and questions, that were coming my way, after dealing with other lenders. I can honestly say that Pepper have been amazingly supportive and straight forward with no goal post moving through this process. Would I recommend yes, as they got me where I needed to be.
