We recently used Perfect Group for our move, and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.

Mason and the rest of the team arrived on time, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and treated all of our belongings with respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them—they were friendly, approachable, and clearly experienced in what they do. What could have been a stressful day was made so much easier thanks to their positive attitude and organised approach.

Everything was moved safely and smoothly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Mason and the rest of the team to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking removals service.

Peter and his team had good communication leading up to the moving date, and prompt to arrive for the move. They were extremely patient when unforeseen circumstances occurred, and were quick to come up with solutions, which helped make the day a little bit less stressful. They were very careful and considerate with my items + furniture and handled everything with care. When the lift at the storage unit didn’t work, they carried all the heavy items one by one (really appreciate it!) I would really recommend the perfect group to anyone that needs help moving!

Thank you all for doing such an amazing job this week. Every single member of the team has worked tirelessly to get us safely and comfortably moved out and into our temporary accommodation. They’ve shown care and kindness every step of the way and have looked after us and our possessions beautifully.

From the initial survey and quote to move day it’s self has been very easy and professionally done and as stress free as it could be. We had to wait awhile for the keys to our new home and that meant a lot of hanging around waiting but the guys just took it in there stride and waited patiently. Would highly recommend them.

I recently used The Perfect Group for my move (and storage of items), and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but their team made the entire process feel smooth, organised, and completely under control.

From the initial enquiry, their communication was clear, friendly, and professional. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed. On moving day, the team arrived right on time, fully prepared, and with a positive, can-do attitude that immediately put me at ease.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and care. Every item—whether large furniture or fragile belongings—was handled with absolute professionalism. They worked efficiently but never rushed, ensuring everything was packed, loaded, and transported safely. It was obvious they take real pride in their work.

The team were also incredibly courteous and respectful throughout the day, which made a huge difference. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted in my new home.

What was even more impressive was the agent I dealt with at the start visited after the team had left to make sure I was happy with everything. That is certainly a first for me.

If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely excellent removal company, I would highly recommend The Perfect Group. They turned what is usually a stressful experience into something seamless and even enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Perfect group really lived up to their name! Will was great in organising the move, dropping boxes and collecting them after the move. The stars were definitely Robbie and team (Sam, Hugh, Chris, Joe) who carefully packed every item in our apartment and even unpacked and reassembled the bigger furniture in the new apartment.

They were very respectful of our home and belongings, neat, tidy and just generally lovely people to work with. A move is always stressful, but this team made it so easy and took away the anxiety we had with moving so many things and attempting to get everything sorted in a day.

I had an amazing experience with them, and would definitely recommend them for a professional experience with a very human touch!

A gold star and a massive thank you must go to David and Henry who recently helped me unpack and sort out masses of stuff which had come back from storage after a traumatic fire in our block of flats. Not only were they kind, helpful and great fun to work with but they put me on the internet, set up my Alexa, put up some ceiling light shades and advised me as to what stuff I could sell on eBay or give to charity. I don’t know what I would have done without them.

Such an excellent service from start to finish. Sonny and his team made the removal day run so smoothly. They went above and beyond and were so friendly and helpful. Best removal experience we have ever had!

We had a great experience using Perfect group. We moved from shoreham to Worthing and the team of 7 were well organised and carefully removed all our items and helped with final packing of tvs and beds. The team took special care not to damage carpets and walls. At the new property the team moved all the items carefully into place and helped is us rearrange the furniture and put everything including clothes in place.. overall great experience. I would thoroughly recommend Perfect group

The move was made a bit complicated with belongings going to two different new homes but this was no problem for Perfect Group. The virtual survey was quick and easy and completed with the spilt in mind. The guys were brilliant in getting a large house moved out, tackling whatever issue arose and sympathetic to the split of our belongings. The move into my new home had it's challenges but it did not slow them down, even having to dismatle a fridge/freezer and reassembling to get it through the door. My thanks to Sam and Connor in the office and all the guys who did the heavy lifting, you all made the move a lot less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend Perfect Group to anyone.

The men that helped arrived on time and were friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure they were careful and considerate of our belongings.
I cannot recommend Perfect Group enough and will be advising all of my friends and family to use them.

We had to move out of our house at short notice last week when our insurers finally gave the go-ahead to start work on our subsidence-ridden property. The Perfect Group lived up to their name and made a challenging process smooth and simple. A big shout out to Richard and Nicole who were just awesome and went the extra mile to pack and move all our stuff into storage and temporary accommodation. They took all the stress out of the situation and were so friendly and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend.

Two vans arrived with five guys before I was expecting them. They had the contents of my house packed and loaded in three hours. They all worked so quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, and I couldn't give them coffee 'cos they had packed all the cups before I noticed. An amazing team. I would recommend them to everyone

Mark and Leon were absolutely fantastic. Both were very professional and friendly and did absolutely everything for us including setting up our television. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

This is the second time I have used perfect group and they are just simply AMAZING, they take the stress out of moving and go above and beyond. Well done Sophie and a BIG thank you for being patient as dates kept changing. On the day of moving the guys couldn't do enough to help. Little things I was impressed with eg taking their shoes off to go upstairs, packing picture frames & just being really helpful and calm. Again I can not thank you enough.
