I'm delighted to have found a company that has items for larger ladies, that actually fit properly, look sexy and are well made.
My first order consisted of the same babydoll in 2 sizes. Customer services were excellent with the returns process.
I have made further purchases as I love the products.

Not designed for the larger bust
The items were well made. Unfortunately though, they are not designed for those with a larger bust (cup size). Despite ordering 2-3 sizes bigger than my dress size, they still not fit my bust. It is a shame that none of the plus-size lingerie suppliers seems to realise that just because you are a larger dress size, your but is not a standard size. definite gap in the market for this.

From our records we can see that the money were taken from our account on the 27th November. £35.94 was taken from our bank, £25.94 for the order and £10 for admin fee for your bank.
Usually the refund will take up to 15 days depending on the bank. We don’t know your bank. Because you created a claim against us through your bank, the bank has its own process for claims.
This is now with your bank. Unfortunately we can’t do anything but wait for your bank to send you the refund. Be sure though that you’ll get your refund. Maybe next time contact the retailer first for the refund to be faster.
Also kindly to remind you to send us a photo of your door and house number as agreed so we can investigate and create a claim against Evri.
