I want to return an item as it is too…big
I want to return an item as it is too big. You basically have no instructions on doing so. How to I physically effect the return? Do I have to pay, if so who or how. How am I reimbursed for the return? Is anybody in the warehouse/office answering queries? I have emailed these details and spoken to a person who could not or would not help. I certainly would not recommend the company

I am really sorry about that. You ordered Friday just before the Bank Holiday. We shipped the order the next working day which was Tuesday and it is out for delivery today Friday.
