Fall detection

We purchased an identical watch from another supplier in March 2024. Having tested the device with the default sensitivity using our teenage grandsons to simulate falls which failed to trigger any alarms, we were advised to select a higher sensitivity. Unfortunately this resulted in the triggering of false alarms on a daily basis and we eventually cancelled our subscription. We are interested in your offering at half the price with double the features but we would need assurance that you offer a reliable fall detection and that we would not experience the same issues!

Would buy again

Easy to use. Family contacted immediately fall is alerted. No hassle. Would recommend. Brilliant piece of kit. Can use the magnetic strap if your arthritic fingers can't use the stud strap. Have to pay extra but we'll worth it

Great for elderly parents, non-intrusive & cheaper than Apple watch

I bought this in the summer for my elderly mother. Much cheaper than an Apple watch and gives me some peace of mind when I am out and about. She also feels safer, happy and protected, because I have given her a way to be monitored that is not intrusive and reliable. Can definitely recommend this if you have elderly parents living alone.
