Perfect Aquatics Reviews 

After having issues with a vanishing voucher and very poor attitude here on Trustpilot, I hesitated
to use these guys, but ultimately needed a couple of items that weren't in stock elsewhere.

So, I went ahead, and eventually shoehorned the said voucher through checkout. Several days later, the items were delivered, all present as ordered. Two large pieces of Oase faux rock however, had been removed from their retail packaging and placed loose in a box with the other ordered item. This, evidently, saved them considerable shipping cost (the order was well over the free-shipping threshold).

As it happens, in this instance, I don't really mind, but it's very poor form to do that without asking the customer first, since the item(s) could have been a birthday or Christmas present, and the retail packaging for that range is particularly attractive.

So, in summary, you'll probably get your items, but I'm not sure they greatly value their customers.

Ordered a fish tank on line. It was ready for collection earlier than anticipated which was a result! No problems or complaints, great service, good value for money.

Brilliant communication with the customer service representative, Speedy and stress free transaction including postage and delivery. Well packaged and secure. Easy to navigate website. Will definitely recommend and will be using this company going forward for all my aqautics needs.

Great communication from Hayley kept me update with the progression of my order, had a slight mix up on order but sorted straightaway. Would highly recommend and will use again. Hope to make a trip up there soon to look at all the wonderful koi.

I'm not going to lie, I came to perfect aquatics with low expectations after reading the poor reviews on here, and what a shock it was to see that it wasn't the case. The reptiles has ample space and enclosures looked clean and tidy, all of the equipment was tidy, in sections to make it easy to find what you're looking for, the fish tanks were all clean and the fish all looked extremely healthy and looked after. Every member of staff I spoke to was absolutely lovely and had great advice, even if it was a case of "you might want to search online" for hard to find items. I've always gone to big named stores like maidenhead and swallow aquatics, but perfect aquatics had so many unique fish at such great prices that I'll definitely be coming back.

I would highly recommend if you're discouraged by the negative reviews to think for yourself to go and see the improvements that have been made. I would highly recommend this store to everyone. Wonderful atmosphere, staff, and items.

Spot on service and easy process when buying 👍👍

There is a good selection of equipment tanks and all things aquatic on offer at reasonable prices if you are after such items great. I however travelled 40mins to possibly get some plants and fish only to be disappointed. The plants were all mostly sad dead or covered in thick algae and would be best seen in a swamp. The fish section is another matter, in fairness the expensive marine fish look well kept. The tropical fish section however is another story. Faced with messy dirty tanks stocked with a total missmash of overpriced and sick fish. There was a vast amount of diseased and even some dead fish. All in all a sad sorry chaos, I left deflated and empty handed. 😞

the shipment arrived 9 days after ordering, which is a bit long

For the third time this year my koi had a fluke infestation. I found out that Vetark had a new product out called Fluke ex, I've found their treatments to be good , so had a search who was selling it at a good price.
Perfect Aquatics were as good as anyone for price, I saw they were a proper company, always worth checking. There was free delivery for orders over £50, my 100g treatment was £52.50, so I bought it. A day later the treatment arrived, I was delighted, as hopefully my fish would be shortly too.
I found them to be a great company to buy from and will use them again.

Very good thank you! Bought a Ultrascape 60 and was delivered with care at a good price. Was kept updated.

The delivery was on time, but all the pieces of the cabinet arrived chipped or slightly damaged. Given that I paid about half the price compared to other websites, I was expecting some defects. The cabinet is too heavy to return, so I decided to keep it.

Always very helpful and will try to find a solution in the event of anything going wrong, good quick online service and delivery

Bought brand new fish tank and set it up as you should. Waited for the time scale advised and checked water parameters all was fine. Go to perfect aquatics buy new fish. Within one week covered in white spot. I have not introduced any new fish. Water parameters are still fine. Tank now ruined will be going In store to complain.
