They are evil

They are evil! literally stealing your money from your account. Cancellation? forget about it, they hide the cancellation button under the task bar, impossible to press. i had to change my task bar setting to 'hide' to be able to press to cancel button! unbelieavable!

I'm doing well!!!!

I'm doing well. Had to figure a few things out but so far I'm fine. Question do I necessary need to follow the meals exactly. For example I would think the portion of rice would be about the same as a portion of sweet potato? Just as an example. AND when they call for certain spices can I switch them for another.The reason I ask is because different spices are in different meals but maybe not in the meal I chose. Other than that . this is really good. I am working out ALSO!!!!! Love it!! I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!!

Absolutely not recommend!
I was offered this app via facebook and went through the process of creating an account. Was offered around 25 other "services" whilst doing so which I declined except for one as it was "for free" (personal health coach). Since I am ADHD, I cancelled the trial period right after confirmation as I know I would forget otherwise. Was not able to cancel the Health coach though, the button wasn't working, no matter how much I tried. But since it still stated 0,00Euros, I thought not so much of it. 4 weeks later I get charged 23 Euros for the health coach. I signed in and found it still said 0,00 Euros, but I still could not cancel it, button still not working. I reached out to customer service, got my money back, so thanks for that, but I was told this was a "one off" and it really was my fault as I was the one who subscribed. REALLY?! Do not subscribe.

This is my very honest review.
I found the application through Instagram and I filled the questionnaire out hence I found everyday more than 3 Emails daily about how they will help me transform to the perfect of me for more than a month I kept getting these Emails and then I said let’s try for only ONE month and as I expected it’s nothing more they will give you meals that you can get it from any other free website or even by a very little knowledge and another application about how to set your mind up for the weight loss but nothing will actually help you to get your target.
After the month I found they continue to withdraw money from your account as a subscription and when I Emailed them they said that their policy doesn’t support refund.
My sincere advice is to stay away as it’s a rip off.
I did contact the customer services as all the emails communications were clearly identifiable that the plan was only for a month and if I didn’t get my target they will refund me, then they responded to my Email complaint that our policy doesn’t support refund.
This is a very cheap way to get people’s money.

When a customer purchases a plan, they first complete a quiz, submit their email, select a plan, and proceed to checkout. At checkout, they must select a payment method, enter their payment details, and confirm the payment. Only after this confirmation can the subscription be activated.

All information regarding payments and renewals is clearly presented during checkout, and in our Terms & Conditions, that the subscription is subject to automatic renewal—for example, “will be billed $X every X months.” This information is presented upfront so that customers are aware of recurring billing before completing the purchase.

Our refund policy allows you to return physical goods within 14 days of delivery. However, digital content cannot be refunded once accessed or started. Refunds are only given if the product is faulty or not as described.

We understand that recurring subscriptions may sometimes be confusing, and we recommend reviewing your subscription settings in the app or through the store you purchased from (App Store/Google Play) to manage or cancel future renewals.

I love the idea of choosing different meals if u don’t feel like something on the day. The fact that the calories are all counted for. Also love the measurements of all the food prep and shopping list is sorted for the week.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would! They sign you up to other apps and charge you for them too. When you enquire they are always “very sorry but unfortunately” there is always an excuse. If you request cancellation through them they say they will but then you will be charged again and if you cancel it while you’re waiting for a response (which unless you email multiple times you won’t get) they won’t even consider a refund because “they can no longer find your profile” Even with every bit of proof and information you can imagine they will not help you

Do not enter into subscription!

After cancelling my subscription, they kept on deducting a monthly fee from my account. Went in to check if my subscription was cancelled, and it said that it was. Ended up having to cancel my credit card. Site NOT recommended!
