Absolute rip off hidden charges!

Absolute rip off hidden charges!! Please be aware, one month after paying £11 for the planner I have been charged an additional £54??? Check your accounts carefully. I am currently disputing the charges but getting nowhere.

Not applicable for people in developing countries

The plans are more suited for countries that have a variety of food options available. It requires self monitoring and input from the user to track your progress.
The "special offers" can be a trap to take your money even after you have unsubscribed from the service, you will only be refunded 25%. This is a steep price to pay if you're a user in a developing country where the USD is 4-5x your local currency.
Only use if you live in an area where the ingredients for the meal plans are available and if you have the time to constantly monitor yourself and update the app.

Changed my mind before I got a confirmation page, but ended up with a subscription

I started the process of ordering my plan. The page that popped up after I clocked get my plan said "wait your order is not confirmed yet" and gave me additional offer to add on something. At that point I changed my mind about wanting the plan and since I didn't get a confirmation page, I assumed it didn't go thru. I was just reviewing my credit card statement and I see a charge from perfectbody. I checked my email amd there was a welcome email that I didn't notice before. I guess the page saying your order isn't complete was not true. So now I have a subscription I changed my mind about and thought I had stopped. I have now canceled the subscription so I will not be charged again. But beware, even if it says not complete yet, it isn't true.

Rip off!!

Rip off!!! Initially badgered me with multiple daily offers of diet/recipe and exercises! I signed up for 3 month trial only to find out it was only for diet part and if I wanted exercise options it was more! On app, my profile created a current weight of 140 pounds (accurate) but target of 232 pounds. Then BEFORE the 3 month trial was up they charged me 79.00 for annual renewal. I deleted my account and contacted them only to be told because I deleted my account I was responsible for fees. Rip off!!!!

Would give less than 1 star if able

Would give less than 1 star if able. I canceled my subscription last month and thought all was good. Got charged today for $84.99 for a subscription that I cancelled! When I reached out because I couldn’t get onto the site much less cancel anything I was told any further charges won’t occur because it is now cancelled but I’m out the $84.99 because they don’t refund (for a service I previously cancelled!!!!!!!)
After talking to customer service and them confirming it is now cancelled I waited a week and checked my PayPal account which confirmed it was still an active account! So again the company lied. I issued a complaint with PayPal due to this scammer and hopefully they will help. I also still cannot access the app they charged me for which means I paid for a service (wrongfully so) that I have no access to. Don’t waste your money
Update: customer service was completely unhelpful and just kept emailing standard responses without any actual help or resolution. Still have an account I cannot get into and they refused to refund the money.

Customer service sucks!! Give me my money back

I am now forced to leave another bad review!
I cancelled my subscription last month after they took money from me. They have now taken money from me again and i have now tried cancelling again!!! That was all the money i had left for this month and i am devastated and angry! The two previous mails i sent them last month per their request was not answerered and their customer service sucks!! If you read this, i expect you to give me my money back, i depend on it!!!! I am a broke student! I will be contacting forbrukerrådet and if you dont repay me, i will also make a report to the police!

Its a scam app

Its a scam app. Intially showed my an offer price of £11. Bht once subscribed they have charged my £54 . Its false advertising. I have cancelled the subscription. One week later a new charge appeared. £19.19. How can you charge someone when they dont have an active subscription? Very dissappointed. Do not subscribe to this app.

Misleading

Misleading. When I was opting out, it offered me the product at 75% off. Which I did accept. When I went to cancel at the end of that period, it offered me the discount again. Which I accepted, only to be billed at full price. I had to argue to get my refund, and it took two days of email exchanges. And still, they did not apologize for their error. Seemed pompous and arrogant about issue. Avoid at all costs

Urgent! DO NOT BUY

Urgent! Don't buy from them! You will be charged for nothing and not as agreed
I purchased 1 month of meal plans for about $17. This company has proceeded to change me $49.99/month via PayPal with no additional service provided. There is NO customer service to affect a remediation. I went through my bank to challenge the fees and PayPal sided with the merchant "Perfectbody" so my bank recharged the fees. Save yourself some grief so not buy here!

Fuming! Steer clear!

The reply asks that I get intouch, however all messages to their customer services are being ignored. The small print was read before signing up, and has just been reread again - these charges are not an automatic renewal, and since I messaged them last night, 2 more are now pending on my account - so that's 4 umauthorised charges totalling over £55 and the 25% refund has not been applied. My 3month subscription was £23.

I have had numerous issues with the app. I stated on my dietary info that I don't eat fish, yet practically every meal on my meal plan was salmon!
You get logged out of the previous day so if you didn't log the previous day's water intake or meals, you can't.
You can't log any exercise outside of walking, and you can't log steps if your fitness tracker can't sync.
I thoroughly read everything when I signed up to make sure that the only payment I was making was the 3month subscription. However I have now been charged for some "upsell" subscriptions. Clearly there is an issue with this, as I am not the only reviewer who has mentioned it.
I have been given a 25% refund, which the handler made out was reasonable, but I am far from happy with this. I have no proof anywhere of any "upsell" subscriptions and therefore expect a full refund.
STEER CLEAR of this company! It is unclear what the principles of the plan of, and as far as I'm concerned, it is a huge waste of time and money

Please do not fall for this SCAM

Please do not fall for this SCAM. I was targeted on social media. They mentioned Thyroid and Hashimotos. You think you are getting a deal but then have to pay for a meal plan, workout plan and around ten other plans you are offered before your plan is final.
I signed up for the initial deal it said 8
euro for 28 days. Then another 12 for meal plan. The 8 came out as 11 on my
account. The meal plan was full of
wheat and dairy even though I clicked no wheat or dairy. . Which are not recommended for Hashimotos. Total rubbish. Tried to cancel through website "Server Down"Shame on them for targeting people looking to be healthier.

You offer a 30 day refund. I want a refund. I did select no dairy or gluten TWICE and it's still on my menu. I emailed for a refund and got a response to say my subscription is cancelled but not refunded.
