Items missing and no response
Part of my order is missing what I have paid for. I have sent 3 emails without a response. I have also tried to call. No answer on either days and no availability to leave a voice mail. Horrendous customer service and still no closer to getting my missing items.
As per your reply this is not true at all, it took 4 emails and over a week to get any correspondence.
As per your correspondence you stated you were refunding the missing item on the 15th of July. It’s now the 20th of July and no refund or response since the 15th. Can you confirm when this will be refunded.

Unfortunately, due to Platinum Jubilee, extra days off and high parcels volume delivery companies are unable to deliver goods on time.

Dear Molik, due to Platinum Jubilee, 1st possible delivery date was Saturday, 4th June. Royal Mail attempted delivery this day (tracking no 3204575660003AE26E014). Please collect parcel from Post Office.
You should be aware or read our delivery policy where you can find next day delivery doesn't include Bank Holidays and weekends. It's just because any of courier companies work these days.
Regarding your email, you sent us msg at 10:53am and we responded at 3:14pm, however our store was closed due to Bank Holiday.
I hope you collect your parcel and problem will be solved.
