Absolute disgraceful end of tenancy clean. Charged me for a full day with two cleaners and only one turned up. The quality was shocking and after we agreed a £100 deduction, they wrote to say they went into liquidation. Don't be fooled by "new owners", it's the same people. The positive comments are them writing about themselves. Fraudsters.

The one star given here is honestly too kind. Awful company, awful service, awful communication. They did a shocking job on an end of tenancy clean, to the point that the tenants refused to move in and we had to spend another £350 bringing actual professionals in. Needless to say despite evidence, independent inventory reports where the inspector said it fell short of even a domestic clean, and IT reports evidencing I never received any terms and conditions, they STILL refuse to give a refund. We intend to now take them to court. Do not use these money grabbing cowboys.

Very disappointed with the company from start to finish. Their ‘cleaner’ arrived late, parked on the wrong driveway, ran across the lawn and then never took his shoes off at the door. He then traipsed back and forth to his van bringing his kit into the house. No use of dust sheets protect our wood flooring. Having set up his bath of ‘chemicals’ outside the back door, every time he exited and re-entered he left dirty hand marks on the doorframe and drip marks down the paintwork. He appeared to be in a rush to get home. After he left we discovered that the two oven drip trays hadn’t been cleaned underneath, there was greasy residue on the hob. We repeatedly asked the company for a partial refund but they would only offer to return within 28 days and do a re-clean. There is no way I’d have them back. They have now gone silent hence this review.

Don’t touch these with a barge pole Left after chipping loads of paint work saying nothing I have had to someone else to come and reclean carpets They did so a bad job originally When rang and complained didn’t want to know about chipped paint Would never let them in my house again

Do NOT use this company... they charged me for half up front at first they wanted the full price i haggled, when they turned up it was a young lad on his own to perform an end of tenancy oven clean and carpets on a 3 bedroom house, need less to say he could not finished and did not even complete the half i had paid for ....they were supposed to reschedule for later that week they did not answer my calls until a month later and when i ask for refund they refused and wanted photographs etcc as prove even though their own cleaning engineer called and told them he could not complete ... what a load of rubbish avoid at all costs... there are genuine better companies out there and also look at the other reviews its a lottery

Came to clean soot not professional cleaners jack the lad company I could have done a better job myself avoid at all costs .

Very average experience. To clean a 4 bed detached house as end of tenancy just one guy showed up. Kept telling me that additional members of the team will join later but eventually no one showed up. The carpets though cleaned and shampooed(supposedly) had lots of hair on it in the master bedroom. For a job which cost me more than 400 GBP this was a very poor experience. Just not upto the mark and I wouldn’t recommend use them again. I certainly won’t.

Cleaning was fantastic and very quick. The chap that came was friendly and engaging. 100% Would recommend - my sofa was not this clean when I bought it!!

Had sofa and stairs cleaned.

Sofa came up well but no protection was laid on the floor and was left with pools of water on my new hardwood floors

Stairs look and smell worse than before they were cleaned and will now have to get another company in to redo them

Wouldn’t recommend or use this company again

AVOID!!!!! Had them come to clean my sofas, were not here long and left the sofas looking like they hadn’t been touched! Such a disappointing result, I have contacted twice now but not even had a reply! So unprofessional, please don’t waste your money like I did.

Had the oven and extractor hood cleaned yesterday and that went well. Unfortunately didn't notice at the time that something was put on the kitchen's new wooden door threshold which has damaged the finish. I now have to get this rubbed down and revarnished. Hopefully this will remove the stain and solve the problem! A schoolboy error to stand something on a nice piece of hardwood if the material was likely to cause a problem. I suppose I should have checked before he left??

Friendly service, great results. So happy with this company and the work they carried out was exception. Great communication from start to finish, all members of the team from telephone support to the cleaners themselves are helpful and polite and clearly they care about doing a good job. Would highly recommend!

Pleasant enough operative, but cleaning equipment failed before end of job, so remainder had to be undertaken by hand.
Carpet took far longer to dry in places than advised as carpet was far wetter in these areas, possibly due to the equipment?

Arrived 1 hour ahead of shedule which was fine for me.
Very pleasant Staff who carried out the cleaning of my living room carpet, moving and replacing a small amounandt of furniture. The result was very satisfactory and the carpet was left only very slightly damp which will dry in no time.

I was really pleased with the service and cleaning i received yesterday my oven looks brand new many thanks to the two guys who where here.
